Amazing service! For our airport run two staff members were dispatched: a driver and a major-domo. They took charge of loading us and our 16 pieces of luggage (we're moving) into a luxuriously appointed Mercedes Sprinter van, offering us much appreciated bottles of Acqua Panna, and getting us to the airport in comfort. Once there they unloaded all our luggage and transported it to the check-in counter. The desk didn't open until a half hour later but the major-domo remained and made sure all luggage got checked in properly. Amazing and comfortable experience. Mahmud always arrives early, is a safe driver, helps with luggage when we contact for assistance to the airport, and a great conversationalist. No matter the destination he is always punctual and makes sure we are all set and relaxed. Mahmud has been driving us for years and our experience has always been the same.
