Houston Rodeo Transportation Service to NRG Park

Our Houston rodeo car service provides private, chauffeured rides to NRG Park for families, groups, companies and out-of-town visitors attending the 2027 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. We pick you up at your home, hotel, office or the airport, drop your group at the rodeo and bring everyone back after the last event of the night.

With Pro Ride Limo, everyone travels together in one vehicle with one chauffeur, so nobody in your group has to find parking or wait for a rideshare after the concert. Book a round trip for a single show, or keep a chauffeur by the hour for a full day at the rodeo.

What Transportation Can You Book for the Houston Rodeo?

You can reserve a chauffeured round trip timed around your show, or hourly service that keeps a chauffeur with your group all day. Both cover the drive to NRG Park and the drive home, and Pro Ride Limo can start either one at an airport, a hotel or your office.

Rodeo rides are booked the same way as every other trip with our Houston limo service, so returning clients can reserve online or through dispatch as usual. Groups booking a Houston rodeo limo service for a birthday or bachelorette weekend can add dinner and nightlife stops through our special event transportation service.

How Does Booking a Rodeo Ride Work?

Send us your show date, group size and pickup address, approve the written quote, and your chauffeur comes to you on the day of the show. Pro Ride Limo prices each rodeo ride per vehicle, not per seat, so adding riders to a Sprinter does not change its price.

01

Request a quote online or by phone with your date, number of riders, pickup address and your choice of round trip or hourly service.

02

Approve the quote and pay the 40% non-refundable deposit that holds your vehicle and chauffeur.

03

Your chauffeur pulls up 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

04

Your chauffeur drives the group to NRG Park and drops everyone off together, with no one left circling for a space.

05

Before you walk in, save your chauffeur’s cell number and agree on where to meet after the show.

Why Groups Ride With a Chauffeur to NRG Park

Getting a family or a group of friends to the rodeo in separate cars means separate parking, separate arrival times and a long search for each other at the end of the night. A chauffeured vehicle keeps the group together from the first pickup to the last drop-off, and your chauffeur already knows where to meet you.

Cook-Off Weekend

The Houston rodeo cookoff kicks off the season a few days before the first rodeo performance, with rows of team tents, smoke drifting over the NRG Park lots and friends wandering from one tent to the next. Nobody wants to cut that short to go hunt for the car. Book our hourly chauffeur service and your ride stays close by, so the group can head home whenever you’re ready.

Concert Nights

Each rodeo concert follows that day’s rodeo performance, so the stadium empties all at once when the show ends. Tell us when you plan to leave your seats, and your chauffeur will be waiting at the meeting point you picked before the show. We plan the same way for our concert limo service at other Houston venues.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Rodeo Group?

For a private Houston rodeo car service, parties of three fit a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or Cadillac XT6, and up to six riders fit a Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevrolet Suburban. Groups of seven to 14 move up to a Sprinter, and larger groups book two Sprinters that travel together. Pro Ride Limo quotes to the passenger counts listed on each fleet page, so the vehicle that arrives fits the group you booked for.

Families of six usually choose the Cadillac Escalade ESV. Birthday and bachelorette crowds pick the Mercedes Sprinter limo for its side bench seating and cabin lighting. A company group or a big family fits in the Sprinter shuttle for larger groups, which seats 14 in forward-facing rows. Every Sprinter van rental in Houston from Pro Ride Limo comes with a chauffeur, Wi-Fi and phone chargers.

Can Visitors Book Houston Rodeo Car Service From the Airport or a Hotel?

Yes. Out-of-town guests can use our Houston rodeo transportation service for the whole trip, covering the airport pickup, each rodeo night and the return trip for your flight. Pro Ride Limo picks up at George Bush Intercontinental Airport and William P. Hobby Airport, and your chauffeur can take you to the hotel first or straight to the rodeo grounds.

Our IAH airport transfers and Hobby Airport transfers follow your flight status, so a delayed arrival moves the pickup time with it. Add our meet and greet service and your chauffeur waits for you inside the terminal. If you land on show day, your bags stay locked in the vehicle while you are at the rodeo, and the chauffeur takes you to the hotel afterward.

Guests staying Downtown, in the Galleria and Uptown, or near the Texas Medical Center can pair airport to hotel transfers in Houston with their rodeo nights. You can keep one chauffeur for every night of your stay or reserve each night separately, whichever costs your group less.

Corporate Transportation for Clients and Employees

Companies use a Houston rodeo transportation service to bring clients to stadium suites and livestock auctions, or to move a team to a company outing without asking anyone to drive. A chauffeur can stay with your guests from dinner to the rodeo and back to their hotel, and the CEO Jet Sprinter gives executives facing captain seats and a fold-out table on the way.

Firms that already book corporate transportation in Houston with Pro Ride Limo can add rodeo nights to the same account, with all reservations and charges consolidated into one invoice. If you are also hosting guests for CERAWeek by S&P Global, which takes place March 8 to 12, 2027, in Downtown Houston, reserve early, since it falls during the rodeo.

How Early Should You Book?

Book as soon as you have your tickets. Cook-off weekend, opening weekend, sold-out concert nights and the closing weekend are the dates to reserve first. Earlier bookings get first pick of the fleet, including the Sprinters.

  • Cook-off weekend, the Thursday through Saturday before opening day.
  • Opening day and the first weekend.
  • Any concert night with a headliner likely to sell out the stadium.
  • Closing weekend.

Frequently Asked Questions

Both. Round-trip bookings cover one pickup address, the drop-off at the rodeo and the ride back to that address after the show. Hourly service keeps the chauffeur and vehicle with your group for dinner stops, the carnival and the evening show, with the hourly minimum stated in your quote before you book.
We set pickup times from your show time. In 2026, weekday rodeo performances began a quarter before 7 p.m. and weekend shows opened a quarter before 3 p.m., with the concert after each one. Official 2027 show times appear on the rodeo’s guest page before the season.
Hourly bookings continue, billed in 15- or 30-minute increments depending on the vehicle, as long as the chauffeur is available. Round trips include 15 minutes of free waiting at pickup, and after that we bill $3 per minute. Tell your chauffeur early if you plan to stay for an encore.
Alcohol is allowed in our vehicles only where Texas law permits it, and no one under 21 may have or drink it. Smoking and vaping are not allowed. Extra stops, such as a restaurant before the show, start at $35 each, depending on distance and time.
Cancel 14 days or more before the ride and you get back everything paid above the deposit. Inside 14 days, terms depend on the vehicle and how close to the ride you cancel, and dispatch shares them when you book. Corporate accounts can carry their own cancellation terms, written into the account agreement, so check yours with dispatch.
Your written quote from Pro Ride Limo lists the vehicle, the hours, any stops and the gratuity, with no surge pricing on event nights, and that price holds once you approve it. Ask dispatch to walk through each line before you pay the deposit.
