Pro Ride Limo – Terms of Service

At Pro Ride Limo, we are committed to providing reliable, professional, and seamless transportation services. These Terms of Service are designed to protect both our clients and our chauffeurs while ensuring a first-class experience. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.


Reservations & Payments

  • A valid credit card is required to secure most reservations.

  • Cash or check bookings without a credit card on file require a $300 refundable security deposit and a government-issued photo ID at pickup.

  • Any remaining balance is due upon vehicle arrival, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • Refundable deposits are returned after service completion, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.


Early Pickup Policy

  • Chauffeurs arrive 10–15 minutes early for scheduled pickups as a courtesy.

  • If a client requests arrival earlier than the scheduled pickup time, additional charges may apply.

  • Early arrival requests are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability and must be approved in advance.


Waiting Time & Late Departure

  • Complimentary wait time:

    • Airport pickups: up to 30 minutes after flight landing

    • Non-airport pickups: up to 15 minutes

  • After complimentary wait time expires, waiting time is billed at $3 per minute, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

  • Excessive delays may result in schedule adjustments or service cancellation if the vehicle is required for subsequent bookings.


Late Fee & Overtime Policy

  • If service extends beyond the originally booked time, overtime charges will apply.

  • Overtime is billed in 15- or 30-minute increments, depending on vehicle type and service agreement.

  • Continued service is subject to chauffeur availability and legal driving limits.


No-Show Policy

A reservation will be considered a no-show if:

  • The client does not appear at the scheduled pickup location within the allotted wait time

  • The client cannot be reached using the contact details provided

  • Incorrect pickup information is provided by the client

No-shows are non-refundable and may be charged in full.


Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

To maintain a professional environment:

  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any vehicle.

  • Standing, jumping, or sitting on seat backs is prohibited for safety reasons.

  • The booking client (Guarantor) is responsible for all passengers and their conduct.

  • Chauffeurs may terminate service immediately if passengers engage in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior. No refunds will apply.


Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol is permitted only where legally allowed.

  • Passengers under 21 years of age may not possess or consume alcohol.

  • Discovery of underage alcohol use will result in immediate service termination without refund.


Damage & Cleaning Charges

The Guarantor authorizes Pro Ride Limo to charge for damages or excessive cleaning, including but not limited to:

  • Seat damage (cuts or holes): $600 per incident

  • Smoking in vehicle: $300

  • Vomiting in/on vehicle: $300 per occurrence

  • Excessive trashing or cleaning: $200

  • Roof emergency exit damage: $300

  • Broken or cracked windows: $600 per window

Additional damages will be assessed based on actual repair or replacement costs.


Point-to-Point Transfers

Point-to-Point service includes one pickup location and one drop-off location only.

  • Additional waiting time: $3 per minute

  • Additional stops: Starting at $35 per stop, depending on distance and duration


Service Reliability & Delays

  • Pro Ride Limo is fully licensed and insured.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, flight delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue, we will make every reasonable effort to dispatch a replacement vehicle to continue service.


Cancellations

  • A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to service will receive a refund of payments beyond the deposit.

  • Corporate accounts may be subject to custom cancellation terms based on contractual agreements.


Force Majeure

Pro Ride Limo shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, labor disputes, or public emergencies.


Final Inspection & Lost Items

  • At the conclusion of service, the chauffeur and client may conduct a brief vehicle inspection.

  • Pro Ride Limo is not responsible for items left behind but will assist in recovery when possible.


Agreement

By booking with Pro Ride Limo, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
